Title: How Cities Domesticate Nature (And What it Means for Us)

Blurb: More people than ever are living in cities, and nature is responding in varied and surprising ways. Humans are reshaping biodiversity with reciprocal consequences on our health and well-being. Join Dr. Paige Warren as we explore the blurred lines between the natural and built environments.

Dr. Paige Warren is a professor at UMass Amherst and takes an interdisciplinary approach to her research. She seeks to understand different processes that generate and maintain biological diversity in a world that is becoming increasingly dominated by humans. Her research focuses on the impacts of urbanization on animals, from the population to the community level, as well as the relationships between humans and urban nature.
